3. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country if by DHL UPS FEDEX EMS. These additional fees may be collected by the Express carriers. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes.
4. If your address is in Remote area of DHL or FEDEX’s system, we will leave message to inform you. You need to pay extra 35USD remote delivery fees to DHL or Fedex. If you do not want to pay this remote area fee, you can change others shipping.
About Return & Refund
We will refund you if you return the items within 7 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
